Associate Attorney

Our client, a national law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Denver Tech Center office. The firm represents financial institutions and other business clients in a variety of matters involving real estate, creditor rights, and related litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, work closely with clients, and build a long-term career within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Associate Attorney will provide legal oversight and support for a variety of matters, including foreclosure proceedings, real estate-related disputes, and litigation matters. The attorney will work closely with clients and internal staff while managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and related legal proceedings
  • Review and analyze title reports, property records, and related documentation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, court filings, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents
  • Appear at hearings and other court proceedings as needed
  • Advise clients and staff on legal matters and case strategy
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and client requirements
  • Support departmental and firm initiatives as needed

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience, with exposure to real estate, foreclosure, creditor rights, or related practice areas preferred. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Colorado in good standing. The successful attorney will possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional client service.

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Following onboarding and training, attorneys may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, subject to business needs and management approval.
